- Do you know of any good salsa dancers in the Minneapolis area?
   No, unfortunately I do not know of any salsa dancers in the Minneapolis area. However, I do believe salsa in a great way to improve your cardiovascular system while having fun. It also can be a great way to improve your relationship with your partner.
- My shoulder hurts really bad when I sleep at night or move my arm the wrong way. What could it be?
   Could be a number of conditions. You may want to check with your doctor on this one. You could possibly have a rotator cuff issue. Your doctor will probably check out your range of motion and pain level to determine if he/she wants you to get a MRI. If all your muscles are healthy you can start working your rotator cuff muscles. We will definitely have some videos and democlips for your convenience.
- When I wake up in the morning my neck hurts. Is there something I can do to get rid of the pain?
   Yes, start by making sure your problem is not coming from spine, nerve, or disc damage. If the problem is muscle related count your blessings. Watch the "neck and back exercise" video and implement the exercises into an every other day routine. Also look for a video with stretches for neck problems. We will put the stretches on the democlips as well. Watch for them. You may also want to use another pillow if it seems your neck gives you pain throughout the night. The key is to have a pillow that keeps your neck in line with your spine. Let us know in our forum if this works for you.
